Coconut chuteny is a South Indian spicy chutney –side-dish. This chutney is best served with IdliDosa and even with akki rotti, parota and chapathi. It is made with grated coconut, green chilies and garlic cloves.

 

Preparation time including blending -5min

Cooking time-0

Servings-2 to 3

Ingredients :-

Grated coconut – 1 cup

Green chilies  – 1 or 2 nos 

Garlic – one clove 

Salt to taste  

Procedure:

Take a mixer jar and add all the above ingredients and make a paste by adding little water.

Garlic gives a rich flavour to chutney.

Tasty coconut chutney is ready to serve.
