Coconut chuteny is a South Indian spicy chutney –side-dish. This chutney is best served with Idli, Dosa and even with akki rotti, parota and chapathi. It is made with grated coconut, green chilies and garlic cloves.

Servings-2 to 3
Grated coconut – 1 cup
Green chilies – 1 or 2 nos
Garlic – one clove
Salt to taste
Take a mixer jar and add all the above ingredients and make a paste by adding little water.
Garlic gives a rich flavour to chutney.
Tasty coconut chutney is ready to serve.
