Corn Salad I Corn Kosambari

Corn Salad made with fresh Sweet Corn, Sprouted Green-gram, pomegranate… A few ingredients when put together makes a heavenly combination. Vegetables in salads are good sources of insoluble fiber, which keeps your digestive tract healthy. A quick and easy to make recipe with few ingredients which makes a healthy and delicious salad in a short time.  


Sweet corn – 1 cup

Sprouted Green-gram – 1 cup

Pomegranate – 1 cup

Coconut – 3 tbs grated

Coriander – 1 small bunch

Lemon juice – 1/2 tsp


Keep all the ingredients ready.


Add sweet corn, sprouted green-gram, pomegranate, coconut, chopped coriander, salt, toss it well with a spoon,


Add freshly squeezed lemon juice when you serve. Toss once again.


Nutritious Corn salad is ready to Enjoy !!!
