Egg Kebab recipe is a popular dish that tastes awesome! Made with boiled eggs, boiled potato, breadcrumbs, and a few basic spices then shallow fried with oil, that makes an easy and delicious snack to serve as a tea time snack or as an appetizer for parties.
Boiled eggs – 4 no’s cut into 4 pieces and 2 boiled eggs for grating
Boiled potatoes – 1 or 2 grated
Onion – 1 or 2 no’s finely chopped
Green chilies – 1 or 2 no’s
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Chili powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1/4 tsp
Coriander – 2 tbsp chopped
Bread crumbs – 1/2 cup
Egg – 1 for binding
Salt to taste
Oil to shallow fry
Cut 4 no’s of boiled eggs into 4 halves into vertical pieces. Grate boiled potatoes and 2 no’s of boiled eggs, add it to a bowl, add finely chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, chili powder – 1 tsp, coriander powder – 1 tsp, cumin powder – 1 tsp, turmeric – 1/4 tsp, Garam masala powder – 1/4 tsp, coriander – 2 tbsp chopped,
Add 1/4 cup of bread crumbs (another 1/4 cup of bread crumbs for binding),
Add salt to taste, mix properly without adding water.
Keep all the ingredients handy – Beat an egg with a pinch of salt and pepper powder with a fork or blender. Add bread crumbs on a plate for binding.
Take a lemon sized ball of prepared mixture, flatten it to patties, place a boiled egg in the center,
Seal it to an oval shape until the egg is covered up.
Dip it in egg, roll it on bread crumbs, until it Coates properly.
Continue the same procedure for the rest to fry in one or two batches.
Heat oil in a shallow pan, when it is hot, shallow fry egg kebab on a medium flame until it turns golden and crispy.
Crunchy and delicious Egg Kebab is ready to serve.
