Green Chutney (Hari Chutney, Dhaniya Chutney) is a yummy, mouth-watering, spicy chutney. This recipe uses coriander leaves, green chilies, mint leaves as base ingredients while garlic, ginger, roasted gram are used to give it a delightfully spicy taste and flavor
Coriander – 1 big bunch
Green chili – 2 no’s
Mint – 1/4 bunch
Ginger – 1/2 inch
Garlic – 3 pods
Roasted gram – 1 1/2 Tsp
Cumin powder – 1/4 tsp
Chaat masala – 1/4 tsp Salt to taste
pinch of Hing
Fresh lemon juice – 1/2 tsp
Rinse coriander, mint, and ginger, chop it roughly,
Take a blender all the ingredients except lemon juice, add enough water to blend it to a smooth paste. Once done transfer it to a serving bowl/airtight container, add fresh lemon juice, mix it properly with a spoon.
Green chutney is ready to use for sandwich or chaats.
