Prawns are wonderful when grilled, Perfect blend of spices for making the best easy grilled shrimp, marinated with aromatic spices and grilled by brushing butter makes delicious and restaurant quality dish, easy but taste so fresh and yummy.
Medium sized Prawns – 500 gms cleaned
For marination –
Chilly powder – 1 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
soy sauce – 1 Tsp
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Other ingredients –
Butter/oil for brushing
Marinate cleaned prawns with chilly powder, garam masala powder, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, soy sauce, and vinegar. toss well and set aside/ refrigerate for 1 hr.
After marination, (remove the marinated prawns from the refrigerator before 15 mins).
Thread prawns on to the bamboo skewers. skewer the prawns in it leaving little space between each one if there are small sized prawns.
Brush them with Butter/oil.
Heat a grill pan till smoking and brush some oil over it.
Place the prawns in grill and cook for 3 mins on each side.
Remove it and serve.
