This easy homemade ice cream is super creamy and sweet, with a delicious zing from the mango which will leave you wanting more, made with fresh mangoes, condensed milk and fresh cream, This mango ice cream is a no churn, perfect summer treat with unique flavors of fresh mango without any preservatives a great flavor and adds to the taste and color of ice cream. This is very creamy, delicious and prepared with minimal ingredients.
Wiping cream – 200ml
Condensed milk – 100 ml
Ripe mango – 2 no’s
Peeled and chopped mango – 1/2 cup
Peel and cut ripe mango into pieces discard the seed in it, bend it to smooth paste without adding water and keep ready. Chop 1/2 cup of mango into small pieces separately and keep ready.
Blend wiping cream until it turns to a creamy texture with a hand blender, it takes about 5 to 6 mins
Now add condensed milk and blended mango mixture/paste,
blend together until it gets blended/mixed evenly for few mins
Now transfer the mixture to an airtight container/Transfer into a freezer safe container, level the top with spatula ,
Add chopped mango, mix it horizontally or vertically with a toothpick.
Seal it tightly with a polythene food rap sheet/ aluminum foil and Keep it in the freezer for 5 hrs or overnight.
After 5 hrs.’ remove it from the freezer,
The tasty, creamy mango ice cream is ready.
Scoop and serve chilled.
