Mango kesari bhath is a delicious sweet done with semolina or rava . Mango kesari bhath is a quick and easy sweet recipe, it is prepared with less ingredients without any artificial flavour and colour, it turns out to be really flavorful ,tasty and pleasant sweet dish.

Serves – 4
Chiroti rava/semolina – 3/4 cup
sugar – 1 cup
Ripe mango – 1 cup cut into small pieces
Milk – 2 cup boiled and cooled
Clove – 3 no’s
Cardamom – 3 no’s powdered
Cashew nut – 2 tbs
Raisins – 1 tbs
Ghee – 2 tbs
How to prepare / make mango kesari bhath –
Blend mango pieces into a paste (without adding water) and keep ready.
Heat a kadai by adding 2 tsp of ghee in it ,fry cashew and raisins to golden and set aside.
In the same kadai add 1 tsp of ghee and fry rava/semolina until it turns to light brown in a medium flame and set aside.
In the same kadai add 2 tsp of ghee, when it is hot add clove fry for a while add milk bring it to boil add sugar in it,when sugar dissolves in milk add roasted rava/semolina by stirring in such a way to avoid forming lumps.
Add prepared mango paste into it
Mix well,close the lid of the kadai for 3 min or till it is done or cooked,cook in a low flame.
Add ghee mix altogether.
Add roasted cashew ,raisins and cardamom powder mix once again .
Yummy Mango kesari bhath is ready to be served.
