Coconut laddu with condensed milk a yummy sweet dish. This is the easiest and delicious sweet recipe made within 15 minutes just you need desiccated coconut and condensed milk to prepare, These delectable white laddoos have the perfectly nutty aroma of coconut. Preparation time –  5 min

Cooking time – 10 min

Serves – 4

Ingredients –

Desiccated coconut – 2 cup and a half cup for rolling

Milkmaid/Condensed milk – 1 cup

Ghee for greasing

Method – 

To make or to prepare milkmaid coconut laddu –

Heat a non stick pan on a low flame.  Add dessicated coconut and condensed milk and combine together. Cook on a low flame for about 4-5 minutes by stirring continuously.

Cook the mixture till it gets thickened.  Once the mixture gets little thickened

When the mixture leaves the sides of the pan and becomes a mass, switch off the flame.  Remove the mixture into a bowl or a plate.

Allow it to cool down completely. Apply little ghee on your palm and shape the mixture into small ladoos. In a separate plate, add 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut. Roll each ladoo into it, till it is well coated with the dry coconut. Place the ladoos in small muffin liners or in a serving plate.

Yummy milkmaid coconut ladoos are ready to be served.

Note –

You can add any essence of your choice or cardamom powder for extra flavor.

Transfer the dish to an air tight container, store it in refrigerator.

If using freshly grated coconut, saute/dry fry for a minute or two to remove the moisture from the coconut.  Take care not to brown them.  But if you are using desiccated coconut, no need to saute it.
