Mint lemon juice recipe

Pudina nimbe shrabath is a flavorful refreshing Indian drink, a healthy and delicious drink which can be prepared in a short time with simple ingredients to keep cool in hot climate or to get rid of excess heat from the body, a refreshing summer beverage.

Ingredients:

1 medium size lemon

Sugar – 2 to 3 tbs (adjust to your taste)

Fresh Mint leaves (pudina) – 1/4 cup

Salt – 1 pinch

 

Method:

Take 2 glass of chilled water in a vessel, add sugar and salt in it, stir until sugar dissolves completely.

Squeeze fresh lemon juice in it .

Add rinsed fresh mint leaves (pudina) in a mixer jar, blend it to a paste.

Add it and stir altogether properly, check the taste add salt and sugar if necessary.

Strain it with a strainer, transfer the strained juice into serving glasses.

Enjoy chilled Pudina nimbe sharbhath, Mint lemon juice for any occasion.

Another healthy method –

Fresh mint leaves – 1/4 cup

Freshly crushed Pepper powder – 1 tsp

1 medium size lemon

Salt to taste

Blend fresh mint leaves, Freshly crushed Pepper powder in a mixer jar by adding water to blend, strain it with a strainer, add salt to taste, squeeze fresh lemon juice in it, stir it properly. Transfer it to serving glasses  and enjoy flavorful Pudina nimbe rasa.
