Egg – 4 no’s
Pepper powder – 3/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves – 1 tsp finely chopped
Ghee/Oil – 2 tsp
How to make /prepare quick egg pepper fry –
Add 2 cup of water in a pan, immerse egg in it and boil for 5 to 8 min,add 1/4 tsp of salt.
When it is done remove from the flame, add cold water ,remove boiled egg from the shell and set aside.
Cut boiled egg into 1/2 equal part and keep ready.
Heat 2 tsp of ghee/oil in a shallow pan,when it is hot
Add pepper powder and salt to taste, stir fry for a while,make a low flame
Arrange egg on it and cook in a low flame for 1 min and flip to the other side and fry for a while and remove from the flame.
Sprinkle finely chopped coriander leaves on it,Quick egg pepper fry is ready to serve.
Tips – Cut/chop prepared quick egg pepper fry into small pieces and mix with cooked plain rice and serve hot,kid will really enjoy
