Peanut red chutney recipe

Chutney is a easy side dish for early morning break fast or for evening snacks. Here is one with the red chili, peanuts and coconut which can be served with roti, poori, vada and chapathi.


Preparation time – 5 to 10 min

Serves  – 4 to  5



Coconut  – ½ Bowl (grated )

Roasted peanuts – ½ cup

Garlic – 1 clove

Red chili – 2 to 3 nos

Salt to taste

Procedure – 

Take a mixer jar add all the above ingredients and make a paste of it by adding little water, (grind coarsely).


Red coconut peanut chutney is ready to be served with any dosa, idli, best when served with rawa rotti.
