Tutti fruity burfi

Tutti fruity burfi is an easy to make yummy sweet, a rich and tasty sweet dish prepared with condensed milk, milk powder, ghee, tutti fruity and rose essence makes a flavorful dessert for any occasion. Quick and Easy Burfi recipe.



Condensed milk (milkmaid) – 200 gm

Milk powder – 3/4 cup

Ghee – 1/4 cup

Tutti fruity – 3 tbs

Rose essence – 2 or 3 drops



Grease a tin/plate with ghee and set aside.

Add condensed milk (milkmaid) and milk powder in a clean bow mix it properly as there is no lumps in it, add 2 tbs of ghee mix properly and keep ready.



Heat a shallow pan by adding ghee in it, when it is hot add prepared mixture, stir it in a medium flame until the mixture thickens,


It takes about 5 to 6 mins, saute until the mixture separates from the pan completely, add rose essence, mix with the mixture, finally add tutti fruity,


Put it on a greased tin/plate, spread it evenly with a greased spatula.


Allow it to cool , once it is ready,  cut it to your desired shape with a greased knife or pizza cutter.


Quick and easy Tutti fruity burfi is ready to Enjoy, transfer the dish to an air tight container. It can be preserved /consumed for 3 to 4 days.
