Tutti frutti muffins is a delightful snack dish, Sweet or savory, muffins are a fast treat to make for breakfasts, brunches, light dinners or anytime snacks, a kids all time favorite snack dish. It is a basic cup cake recipe, an easy to make recipe prepared with all purpose flour, eggs, butter, sugar, vanilla extract and baking powder, which makes a soft and yummy cup cakes.
All purpose flour – 1 cup
Sugar – 3/4 cup
Butter – 100 gm
Egg – 2 no’s
Baking soda – 1 tsp
vanilla extract – 1/4 tsp
Tutti frutti – 2 – 3 tbsp
Keep all the above ingredients handy. Sieve the flour and baking soda, Powder sugar in a mixer jar and keep ready. Preheat the oven for 180 degree c for 15 min .
Add powdered sugar in a clean bowl, add butter in it. Combine it properly until a soft texture.
Whisk it properly,
Break eggs, (add egg yolks and egg white together) add vanilla extract into
Whisk it properly until fluffy, add sieved flour and baking soda, combine (better mix it with a spatula) properly as there is no lumps in it.
Add 2 tbs of tutti frutti into it and mix with the mixture.
Muffin mixture is ready, add it to the muffin molds with a spoon.
Fill 3/4 of each cup as it double the size when it is done. Tap it gently so that the batter settles evenly, Sprinkle tutti frutti on it. Arrange muffin cups in a baking tray, so that it wont touch each other. Keep it inside the oven, bake it for 25 min at 180 degree C.
Bake until done. (to check – insert a toothpick in the center of the prepared muffin it must comes out clean)
Aromatic Puffy and doomed muffins are ready to serve, allow it to cool for 3 to 5 min.
Remove the muffins from the mould (it comes out easily from the mould) Enjoy!!!
